  • The curtains must be in their original state with all the packaging material
  • Discount order or special sales might have different return policies
  • If the parcel or order damaged after delivery, then your return is not acceptable
  • Shipping charges are fixed and it is the responsibility of the customers to return it

Return Process:

You will contact our team & visit our About Us page to start the return process of your ordered product or curtains.

  • Provide us a reason why you return this curtain or product, and also your order number.
  • The RMA number will be sent to you through an email
  • Ship the order back to us within 15-20 days, after receiving the RMA number.

If you follow these points, then the curtain you ordered will come back to us easily. During the returning process, if the curtains or products are damaged, they will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
